At-Home Sunday School March 29th, 2020
The "ALL HANDS ON DECK" page provides an overview of this month's lessons!
You can use the following documents to enrich your at home experience:
The SCRIPT can be used for your family to read or act out the Bible story.
The CRAFT activity usually only takes a few common household supplies.
The FAMILY FAITH DEVOTIONAL has discussion questions for your family.
The ACTIVITY PAGES suit various age groups. Print the ones that suit your kids the best!
PARENTS: YOU CAN PREPARE FOR UPCOMING LESSONS
April 5th (Palm Sunday): The craft uses just paper (it's an origami-type craft). SPECIAL NOTE: Assuming our delivery comes in, we'll be making palm branches available for pickup and/or delivery on Friday/Saturday. Look for information in an email and on the Family Ministries Facebook page.
April 12th (Easter Sunday): The printable craft activity uses two standard paper plates per child (the cheap kind with the scalloped edges). You could cut similar sized circles from sturdy paper. A brad fastener is also used, but the craft can be done without one. SPECIAL SNACK: I'll be posting a recipe for "Resurrection Rolls"! If you want to make them you'll need a can of crescent roll dough, large marshmallows, butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
April 19th: The craft uses plain white paper, crayons, a cotton ball or cotton face pad, and cooking oil or baby oil.
April 26th: The craft uses sturdy paper or lightweight cardboard. If you don't have construction paper or cardstock, perhaps save a cereal box.
